Orders Terms & Conditions:

We receive a large number of on-line orders so we ask that all inquiries relating to your on-line order be directed to our E-mail address sales@noelsautoparts.com.au. This includes all inquiries relating to delivery times & carrier information. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Once we have processed your order and you have supplied us with your delivery address it is impossible for us to add items to your order or change your delivery address. We ask that a business address is supplied as all couriers will require a person to sign for the delivery and personal home addresses make this impossible as we cannot give exact delivery date or times.

Images of products are a representation only and may vary due to package changes.


All orders will receive an estimated standard shipping fee between $12.00 and $20.00, this fee will be automatically adjusted and sent with the freight charged at cost.
Some larger and International orders may incur higher shipping fees than $20.00; for these orders the shipping costs will be calculated and also charged at cost.
All orders within Australia please allow 2-14 working days for delivery.
All international, please allow 7-45 days for delivery.

Warranties provided by you
  1. you are over the age of 18 years and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract;

Retention of Title
The products and any other goods delivered by the seller to the customer shall remain the sole and absolute property of the seller as legal and equitable owner until such time as all money due to the seller has been paid to the seller but shall be at the customer's risk from the time of delivery to it.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Rare Spares Wagga Wagga shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Noel Comerford's Auto Parts Wagga Wagga shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Noel Comerford's Auto Parts Wagga Wagga shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

Order Acceptance

Delivery

All orders will receive an estimated standard shipping fee between $12.00 and $20.00, this fee will be automatically adjusted and sent with the freight charged at cost.
Some larger and International orders may incur higher shipping fees than $20.00; for these orders the shipping costs will be calculated and advised for your approval prior to the order being processed.
All orders within Australia please allow 2-14 working days for delivery.
All international, please allow 7-45 days for delivery. Please Note: Some parts may not be suited to international vehicle models. Please ensure all ordered parts suit your make, model and region.

Limitation on Liability
Noel Comerford's Auto Parts Wagga Wagga will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Noel Comerford's Auto Parts Wagga Wagga has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. Warranty/Returns/Changeover.

This Warranty and Returns Policy only applies to products sold by Noel Comerford's Auto Parts Wagga Wagga. It does not apply to third party products sold by Merchants (as defined in the Terms of Use). Merchants are responsible for all faults, returns and warranties relating to third party products purchased on this site and therefore, you should contact the Merchant directly in relation to such third party products.

Returns are simple and easy.
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that meet each of the following criteria:

bulletAre in their original packaging
bulletHave original manufacturer information
bulletAre not used, installed, or disassembled
bulletAre not damaged due to incorrect installation

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.

Refunds
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Direct ship special orders which are shipped directly from third party suppliers will be subject to the third party suppliers conditions.

Changeover Items
All reconditioned changeover goods are supplied by using customer’s “old core” units. Once Noel Comerford's Auto Parts Wagga Wagga receive these old units, they are fully reconditioned and put back into stock.
Therefore deposit refunds for changeover goods are subject to the “old core” unit being suitable for reconditioning. I.E. severe rusting, structural damage, parts missing etc, may render the part unsuitable for reconditioning. Once your core unit is received and inspected, you will be advised if the core unit is not suitable for reconditioning.
You will then be requested to locate a suitable core unit. However, if you are unable to find a suitable unit for reconditioning, then the deposit will be forfeited. Should you require the original core unit to be returned, this can be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Our suppliers Guarantee
Our suppliers guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to return the goods for a replacement or refund, please contact us ASAP using the details below, we will then give you instructions on how to proceed.

Cancel Order Requests
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. if you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP using the details below and quote your order number.
